DA2: She Who Ran With the Mage

Apparently that was too long. Well, my titles will not be constrained by DA's arbitrary character limit!

So it occurs to me this picture is a huge spoiler. So, um, spoiler alert:

Kirkwall burns at the end.

Truly, I did not like Dragon Age 2. I played it obsessively because I thought it was going somewhere and I adore it's predecessor. But, yeah... Not a good game. "Mediocre" game and story at best. However, I did like Anders, his story arc, and his romance with my snarky, rogue Hawke. So, how does the game repay me after my Hawke prevents Anders from killing an innocent girl in a rage, help him with all of his requests despite his obvious lying and deception, forgive him after said deception and blowing up a church, and abandoning her home to run off with him and fight for mage freedom? Giving me the only completed romance scene with no kiss! What the hell Bioware? What the hell?

So I was inspired and motivated to spend 40+ hours on an activity I hate because I felt slighted by a fictional character. The less I think on that the better.
